This is the most wonderful quanity of gem stones I have ever received. They are all absolutely beautiful. I got some shapes I have never worked with before which has helped me come up with new ideas. I loved them so much that I ordered the same thing the day they came in. As always, Beadaholique, lived up to their fast delivery, which was free because I bought $25 worth of merchandise, it was packaged for safety and they also will send me a free gift after a certain amount of orders. I just love this company and just realized today, something I ordered wasn’t coming from them and I was upset with myself. Not naming the company, I have had trouble with this other company before. You can not loose if you go with Beadaholique.

What a cool, funky collection. I expected them to be mixed, but each type of bead comes on its own strand in a bag. These are great for making unique bracelets and necklaces.

The reason I even gave this 2 stars is because a) there were very few that came broken or otherwise marred; and b) the picture does represent them accurately. However, do beware because they are much smaller than one typically sees in those particular shapes – so, while all the different and unmatched colors could have stood alone just fine if they could have been used as individual pieces, none of them were large enough to utilize that way! Also, unless you use beading thread or very thin wire, forget it…many of them are fragile and they broke when I tried to use 18 and 20 gauge wire. I was also disappointed with the selection of gemstones, extremely unremarkable; and while I wasn’t expecting anything in the way of expensive gems, I was at least expecting “attractive” inexpensive ones. I guess the lesson here is you get what you pay for, and while they are worth the cheap price, if you are expecting a “deal” you will not get one here. I would not recommend.

These beads were mostly in good condition, however, there were many that were cracked or broken.

Love this selection, and the speedy shipping from Beadaholique!
The pictures shown are very representative, regardles of other reviewers stating that they expected matching beads. You won’t get them in this assortment. You WILL get a wonderful hodgepodge of shapes, sizes and colors to challenge your creativity and help you make some beautiful jewelry.
And yes, if you use too heavy a gauge of wire, they will break. They’re stones, not metal, and forcing thick wire through small holes will cause breakage. I really don’t understand some of these reviews!
